Conditions of participation Free gift from a certain purchase value
As a bonus, the customer receives "one" item free of charge per order and always the item listed for the purchase value. When the next price level is reached, no two items will be issued as a bonus.
Cancellations and partial cancellations are excluded from the free gift if they fall below the order value listed here. In the event of partial cancellation and reaching the next lower order value, only this free item will be sent.
The free item for 120€ and 200€ purchase value will be sent in a separate shipment and -from- 14 days after arrival of the order at the customer. TAC Company reserves the right to also send the free item FlexSplint universal splint set in this form. Dispatch is always made to the delivery address from the order.
If the delivery is made to an address outside Germany and the free gift is already sent with the delivery (the decision on this is made exclusively by TAC Company) and there is a (partial) cancellation by the customer, the gift must be returned or will be subsequently invoiced by TAC Company.
TAC Company reserves the right to shorten or extend the promotion without giving reasons.
Commercial customers / orders are excluded from this promotion.
